I ordered a suit on the 11th of July
I ordered a suit on the 11th of July, my package came the following Friday on the 15th. Great right? I spent $556 In total on a 2 piece suit but what was in my box was just a pair of pants from the suit, no jacket, no storage/travel bag. I called them right away and the guy I spoke with said they would fix this promptly and send me the full suit and do everything they could to rectify the situation, blah blah blah. at 9:30 on July 20th i received an email from them answering my ticket saying send them back “the suit” and we will give you a refund. So if this is their solution you just lost a customer who has spent a lot of money with you guys. If i wanted to let some a** H*le borrow almost $600 I would have just done that instead. I bought the suit to wear not to play phone/email tag over your guys screw up. you are trying to market yourselves as a prestigious brand and you’re having your big revival. Judging by all the similar experiences I can only imagine how well your future outlook will be. I hope we can sort this out and I am able to re write this.

I called them twice they told me they will come back to me its nearly been one year. I am seriously contemplating about shopping with you guys.

I want a refund I don't need it anymore.

Never received my purchase
Took 2 weeks to get my online purchase to be delievered. Carrier left it outside of my condo building. No attempt of trying to buzz me at the door or call me and leave it in safe place. Of course, it got stolen. Horrible customer care service as they put the blame on me to go around my block and wait if its returned to me. Will do an "investigation" and will take 2 to 3 weeks to process. HUGO BOSS, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARRIER THAT YOU PICK, NOT ME! I get a better service with cheap international clothes I buy online!!! Funny how my credit card gets charged fast upon purchase and suddenly you take your sweet time to refund ! Request a siganture for delivery for clothes that are worth this price instead of hiring cheap lazy carrier !!!

I enjoy going to the Hugo Boss store…
I enjoy going to the Hugo Boss store because of Nick Ha @ Sherway Gardens - he service was excellent!! I cannot complain about his customer service at all!! He went above and beyond to assist me with my purchases. He should be promoted to Manager at this location.. He dealt with other customers and gave them the same excellent customer service.

BE CAREFUL BUYING ONLINE FROM WEBSITE It is impossible to return items if bought online. It seems I made a mistake ordering several items during thier recent "Spring" and Summer Sale. They advertise "easy returns within 30 days" but they don't include return labels in the package. It has taken saeveral calls to connect with a competent associate
and over six weeks to get a return label.

Terrible recruitment practice and store manager is absolutely unprofessional and arrogant. Store manager is very bad in work ethic and he should get terminated by the Hugo Boss. His such character is no place in any type of professional workplaces. Very uneducated personality.

Terrible service...over 8 business days no update on the order. This is the first and last time I am purchasing anything from this brand online. It's a big red flag that a brand like this is so irresponsible and carefree when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I just wanted some cufflinks and because they were late with delivery they wanted me to stay in and sign for some 35 quid cufflinks. Absolute joke, just post them! Customer service wouldn't cancel the order. Nothing they could do. Terrible service

Poor quality clothes and customer service
I purchased a pair of jeans, along with some other items from Hugo Boss store in Braintree, UK before Christmas 2021, paying cash for the goods.This store is not local to me so I have to plan my visits. At the beginning of May 2022 I noticed a split in the fabric in the seat of the jeans. I returned to the store on 3rd June and met with resistance immediately from the staff who stated that I was outside of the 6 month guarantee period. When it was clear that I was still within the 6 month guarantee period I was told bluntly that nothing could be exchanged without "proof of purchase". I do not keep cash receipts for months on end (who does) but the store was insistent that I direct the matter to the Customer Services team via email. I met with the same stubborn insistence that a "proof of purchase" was necessary and was asked to provide the date of my visit, the exact amount of my transaction and photographs of the care label so that they could make enquiries. The failed to find my transaction, I wonder if they ever searched and then bluntly refused to assist stating "Customer Service Policy". The inflexibility of the staff from the very beginning of this issue, the rigid stance taken by "Customer Services" and the sub standard quality of the item means that I will not be purchasing any items of Hugo Boss clothing at any time in the future. I recommend that nobody uses this brand at all. Poor quality from start to finish!

Bought a pair of pants in the H Boss…
Bought a pair of pants in the H Boss store In DK Ringsted - whiteout personally information, that they was not possible to wash.

After one time of use - they was ruined.

The shops reply was sorry, You could have read the label.

That became my last Hugo Boss Purchase!


Web stores do just the same insufficient information cheaper.

I had extremely unpleasant experience shopping at the boss store at the David Jones Sydney. The salesperson tried to sell me the jacket from the display with some searches on the buckle. I have asked for the new item, and she said that the new one is available in the Boss store at King Street and she is going to get it in 10 min. After one hour of waiting, she returned saying they didn't have it. So I have asked for a refund. Then I went to the boss store on King Street, and the salesperson said they had just sent the jacket to David Jones. I have explained what just happened and the salesperson at the boss reassured me that they just sent the brand new jacket to the David Jones branch. And she offered to bring it back. I have accepted her offer and waited for another half an hour. Finally, they brought the jacket nicely packed and I paid for it. Only at home Ive discovered it was the same jacket from the display they tried to sell me in the first place. If this is the boss sales practice, that it is appalling and disgusting. I do expect an explanation. Best Regards
